The strength of Med Alert is its dedicated and professional staff. The staff has an average of ten years at Med Alert and they demonstrate a high level of skill and compassion.

The Fleet: Med Alert's fleet is meticulous. The staff cleans each vehicle at the end of each shift as well as restocks and refuels the vehicle to make it ready for the next shift. The fleet is on a strict maintenance program to ensure its reliability.

Our Locations: Med Alert's main headquarters is located in Sparta, New Jersey. The custom designed center houses the Dispatch Center, Accounting, Administration and Maintenance departments. The large garage houses ten ambulances inside. The Newark location is our pride and joy. Newly opened in April, 2003, it is located in the ìIronboundî section of Newark. The ethnically diverse neighborhood has welcomed Med Alert into their community. Strategically located to many NJ/NY hospitals to offer services in Essex and Hudson counties.
