Dispath Center

Med Alert has experienced dispatching staff on duty twenty four hours a day, seven days a week to promptly dispatch a Critical Care (SCT) ambulance or emergency (BLS) ambulance to the scene. Our dispatchers are EMT certified and prioritize emergency calls to quickly dispatch an emergency ambulance to the scene. Several call takers are also in house to handle and schedule non emergency transports for all your stretcher, wheelchair and medical care needs.

Med Alert has a state of the art CAD (Computer Aided Dispatching) system to assist in scheduling and dispatching. This CAD system also allows the dispatcher to send the nearest available unit to respond in the event of a life threatening emergency.
